I bring more than 20 years of professional experience in hospitality, gained in Croatia, Austria, France, and Scotland, as well as on international river cruise ships. I have worked as a Chef de Rang, bartender, bar supervisor, and Barchef in 4- and 5-star hotels, including a Michelin-listed property in Austria. I hold a degree from the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, and conduct business in English and German.
